You can zip files in the Windows and Macintosh operating systems.
To zip a folder of photos in Windows 2000 and XP
| 1. | Navigate to and locate a folder of photos, then right click the folder. |
| 2. | From the pop-up menu, select Send To>Compressed (zipped) folder. |
| 3. | A folder with the same name as the one you selected but with a *.zip file extension appears adjacent to the folder of photos. This is the zip folder you will upload to your blog. |
To zip a folder of photos in Mac OS X
| 1. | Navigate to and locate a folder of photos, then control-click the folder (right-click if you have a two button mouse). |
| 2. | From the pop menu, select Create Archive of "x", where x is the name of the item you have selected. |
| 3. | A folder with the same name as the one you selected but with a *.zip file extension appears adjacent to the folder of photos. This is the zip folder you will upload to your blog. |
