Welcome to the first BlogHarbor Cruise, an audioblog or podcast where we take a cruise around BlogHarbor to see the interesting things some of our bloggers are doing. The BlogHarbor Cruise will be more of an audio weblog than podcast; it will be very convenient to listen to the program in front of your computer while following along to some of the locations we visit.

Ambitious work, J.K.

I like the featuring of soundbytes of podcasts. That will be more likely to create listener interest in those blogs rather than just talking about them. Also, featuring a tutorial or showcasing a method that one of the bloggers is using, aids the Blogharbor community, and may send a few more eyes to that blogger.

I think if you keep this up it will be supported by the Blogharbor community, who will encourage their friends and family to listen them being talked about. Perhaps having a brief conversation with some bloggers about their blog, or some particular posts, and then getting an opinion from them on blogging in general would be good content. You ccould also let them recommend another blogharbor blog, and maybe one that's outside the blogharbor community as well (unless they only read blogharbor blogs.

I guess I should realize by now you aren't looking for a producer, but I think I just set up a template for your podcast (podcast snippet, technique, blogger interview, thank you, goodnight) It's the SportsCenter of Podcasts, without the rote, meaningless hand gestures. Forget what I said, do it your own way, the template structure applied to some of the ESPN shows drives me nuts. Show some variety in your consistency.

I should really go back to my own blog, where's the trackback button?
