What is a Trusted Reader?
A Trusted Reader is a reader who has permission to view all of the categories of your blog, including any restricted categories. By adding a reader as a Trusted Reader, you do not have to explicitly add permissions for them for categories that you might create in the future. It's a convenient way of allowing access to all restricted areas of your blog, even ones you have yet to create.

Do not enable a user as a Trusted Reader if you want that user only to have permission to view some areas of your blog, and not other areas. For that you will need give the user custom permissions on a per category basis.
