The Allow authors to upload files setting allows a publisher to specify whether Trusted Posters or other authors with permission to post to the blog or categories of the blog also have permission to upload to the File Manager.
To enable or disable file uploads:
| 1. | Click the Settings & Security tab. |
| 2. | Click Publishing Defaults in the Options list. |
| 4. | Scroll down to File Uploads. |
| 5. | Click the Allow authors to upload files checkbox. |
| 6. | Click the Save Settings button at the bottom of the page. |
