This article will explain how to add audio to your weblog using the AudioBlog.com service. BlogHarbor is not a partner of or affiliated in any way with AudioBlog.com, but we have tested their service and found that it is compatible with BlogHarbor weblogs, it's easy to sign up for and post your first audio clip, and we did receive a prompt response when we had a question.

Step 1: Create your account at AudioBlog
We found signing up at AudioBlog to be straightforward: there's a one page signup form at which you will enter your contact information and credit card info, then you'll get a confirmation page and finally your account will be created. You will receive an email receipt confirming your order and welcoming you into the service.

Step 2: Entering your BlogHarbor Account Information
In the next step, you will need to enter your BlogHarbor Account Information, including the username and password for your weblog. You need to enter your BlogHarbor username and password since AudioBlog will actually be posting an audio-enhanced article to your weblog; you can modify the article later from the BlogHarbor editor if you like.

Once your account is created, log on to the AudioBlog system and you'll see a screen like this:

From the drop-down list, choose New Blog Service. You will now see a screen that looks like this.

Now you are ready to add your BlogHarbor weblog account information. Enter BlogHarbor in the Service Name field, and choose Blogware from the Blog Service Provider drop-down list. Enter your Username and Password, then click on the Save and Update Blog List button.

Step 3: Create an AudioBlog Post
Now you will see a list of the BlogHarbor weblogs for which you are the owner. If you have several weblogs under the same Username/Password, you will see them all listed here.

To create an AudioBlog Post, click on the AudioBlogs tab on the top navigation bar, then click on Record Post. You will be rewarded with a screen like this which you will use to record a post:

Record your AudioBlog and follow along with the prompts provided to add a Title and Description to your AudioBlog, which will be used when the article is posted to your BlogHarbor weblog.
