When you update your blog, a notification can be sent to the following blog aggregators and search engines:
which allows these sites to automatically generate lists of recently updated weblogs and add your blog posts to their search engines in a timely fashion.If you do not wish to have these sites notified of updates to your blog, log into the BlogHarbor Control Panel and Click on the Settings & Security tab, then click on Publishing Defaults underneath the Settings tab, and finally on the Advanced link; you will now be on the page to control the Advanced Settings for your weblog.

Uncheck the Publicize new posts checkbox, and click on the
button at the bottom of the page.
The blog aggregator sites will not be notified of your site updates and your site will no longer appear on our Recently Updated Blogs list.
